Sara Mendonça
Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor
"Being able to help people achieve a better quality of life is what I like the most about my profession. I am happy to work at FisioAjuda and to be able to apply the Physiotherapy in which I believe.
After going through a serious episode of low back pain in 2014, which was only relieved with the help of Pilates, I know from my own experience the benefits that exercise can have in this type of injury. In the past I was very sedentary, but I am now a fan of exercise and became a clinical pilates instructor.
In my leisure time I love to read and doing levada walks. I also love to travel and discover new countries."
