Exercise is critical in maintaining seniors' independence and physical, social and emotional well-being, helping  to delay, prevent and lessen the impact of numerous common health conditions in older adults.


At FisioAjuda we provide pilates sessions, specifically aimed at people over 65 years old. The 50 minutes classes, held in small groups, are guided by a specialized physiotherapist who will provide all the necessary support for the correct execution and adaptation of the exercises. Not only do we train our seniors' mobility, strength and flexibility, but we also provide them with a welcoming and positive environment.
